Delicious Prosecco Cocktail Recipes - Our Favourites

Prosecco is delicious on its own. That's why we drink 113,000,000 bottles of it each year in Britain. But even a masterpiece can be improved. Here are our four favourite Prosecco cocktail recipes. If you're a real lover of the bubbly, you might want to grab one of these (or get one as a gift for someone who is).

Prosecco Cocktail Recipe #1: Rose-Ecco

We'll start with a magical one. The Rose-ecco is one of those cocktails that changes colour throughout the glass. It's a lovely pink at the bottom, transitioning to a light yellow by the top of the glass. It's also unbelievably easy to make.

You will need:
Rose Syrup.
Prosecco.

Mixing instructions:
This is very easy. Pour a tablespoon of Rose Syrup into the bottom of the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with prosecco. Sit back and watch the magic happen. We told you it was easy.

Prosecco Cocktail Recipe #2: Sbagliato

Difficult to pronounce and a bit more challenging to make, but this one is delicious.

You will need:
Sweet Vermouth.
Campari.
Orange Zest.
Prosecco.

Mixing instructions:
Take one part Vermouth, one part Campari and four parts Prosecco. Twist in some orange zest.

Prosecco Cocktail Recipe #3: Bakewell Fizz

As the name suggests, this one tastes like a bakewell tart. Delicious. It's best served in a Champane flute.

You will need:
Kirsch.
Amaretto Disoronno.
A Cherry.
Prosecco.

Mixing instructions:
Soak the cherry in Kirsch. Drop it into the bottom of the glass, pour in one part Amaretto Disoronno and top up with Prosecco.

Prosecco Cocktail Recipe #4: Prosecco Royale

This final recipe takes a bit more prep but it's definitely worth it.

You will need:
Creme de Cassis.
Lemon Juice.
Blueberries.
Thyme.
Prosecco.

Mixing instructions:
Mix one part Creme de Cassis with a teaspoon of lemon juice. Pour it into your glass with four parts of prosecco and dress with a few blueberries and a sprig of thyme.

Got a Prosecco fueled evening planned? Grab yourself one of these. Trust us, you'll really appreciate it in the morning.
